READ FIRST — Scope & Definitions

These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern the forum-based Points Program (the "Program") of the Official UGREEN NAS Community (the "Community"). The Points Rules form part of, and are incorporated into, the main UGREEN NAS Community Terms and Conditions ("Community ToS") and the Community Rules. In case of any conflict between these Points Rules and the Community Rules or the Community ToS, the Community ToS shall prevail, followed by the Community Rules.

Points are earned on the Community through eligible activities and may be exchanged on the Community for designated Vouchers. These Vouchers may then be used off-Community on the official UGREEN Webstore (e.g., the UGREEN Webstore, the UGREEN NAS Webstore, hereinafter referred to as the “Webstore”) subject to the Webstore's own terms and privacy policies.

 

Definitions.

Pointsearned under this Program are a limited, non-cash, non-transferable, revocable loyalty benefit issued by UGREEN. They have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and are not your property. Points may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged except as expressly permitted within these Terms.

Voucher” means a value instrument issued under these Terms upon conversion of Community Points and redeemable off-Community via the Webstore to apply towards the redemption of specified products.

For the purpose of these Terms, all references to “days” mean calendar days, and all references to “months” mean calendar months, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., business days). All “per day” limits reset at 24:00 (UTC).

 

1. User Eligibility

1.1. Who can join.

1.1.1. No purchase required. Participation in the Program is free and requires no purchase. You must create and maintain an active account in good standing on the UGREEN NAS Community ("Account").

1.1.2. Eligibility. To be eligible, you must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.

1.1.3. Joining the Program. You join by creating a Community Account and accepting the Community ToS, Community Rules, and these Points Rules. Newsletter subscriptions are optional and collected separately with your consent.

1.1.4. Accuracy of your information. You must keep your account information current, complete, accurate, and truthful. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. If you access or use the Community on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to bind that entity and that you will comply with these Points Rules.

1.1.5. Program Availability. The Program is offered only where permitted by law. UGREEN may restrict, suspend, or terminate participation, earning, or redemption (in whole or in part) to comply with applicable laws, regulations, governmental orders, trade sanctions, or export controls. If any aspect of the Program is unlawful or requires a license we do not hold in your jurisdiction, your right to participate is void to the extent of such prohibition, and the remaining terms continue in force.

 

1.2. Account Management.

1.2.1. Accuracy of your information. You are solely responsible for any Voucher redemption failures or subsequent delivery issues handled by the Webstore that are caused by incorrect personal information you provided.

1.2.2. Credential security. Keep your username and password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized use, email communityservice@ugreen.com with verification materials; UGREEN will assist verification within 3 business days. Where you delay reporting, UGREEN is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for loss of Points occurring before a reasonable freeze could be applied.

1.2.3. Anti‑abuse. Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) Community account. Registering multiple accounts (including with different email addresses or linked identity information), sharing, renting, or selling accounts to obtain points is prohibited.

1.2.4. Appeal (7 business days). Where UGREEN determines that you engaged in multi‑account points farming, account renting/selling, or similar abuse, UGREEN will notify you at your registered email address at least 7 business days in advance, stating the facts and the proposed action (which may include freezing your account and/or deducting or canceling invalid points or Vouchers). You may appeal during the notice period. If no timely appeal is received, the proposed action takes effect upon expiry of the notice period.

1.2.5. Protective measures. The above advance‑notice requirement does not prevent UGREEN from taking immediate, temporary protective measures reasonably necessary to prevent ongoing abuse or to comply with law (for example, temporarily freezing further earning or redemption) while the notice and appeal process is pending. Such measures do not prejudice your right to appeal within the 7‑business‑day period.

 

1.3. Account Deletion & Points and Vouchers.

You may request deletion of your Community Account at any time. Upon submission of your Account deletion request:

Your participation in the Program terminates immediately.

Unused Points and Vouchers are irrevocably forfeited without compensation and cannot be reinstated.

Points earned but not yet credited to your account are forfeited and will not be issued.

For how we handle your personal data and your privacy rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Any redemptions or orders placed on the UGREEN Webstore remain subject to the applicable Webstore terms.

 

2. Earning Points

2.1. General Rules.

You must be signed in to earn points. Cheating or automation is prohibited. Points may be withheld, adjusted, or reversed for ineligible or abusive activity.

 

2.2. Earning Mechanics.

2.2.1. Milestones & activities. Points are awarded for the following activities:

Reward: +30 Points for completing 100% of your user profile.

Mechanism: Earn points based on the total number of comments made.

Rewards:

10 total comments: +10 Points.

30 total comments: +50 Points.

50 total comments: +100 Points.

Daily Login Challenge

Mechanism: Tiered rewards for consecutive logins; progress is not reset if a day is missed, accumulation continues upon resuming login.

Rewards:

Log in 3 consecutive days: +10 Points.

Log in 7 consecutive days: +20 Points.

Log in 15 consecutive days: +30 Points.

Log in 30 consecutive days: +150 Points.

Posting Milestone

Mechanism: Tiered rewards based on the total number of posts published.

Rewards:

5 total posts: +20 Points.

10 total posts: +50 Points.

20 total posts: +100 Points.

50 total posts: +300 Points.

Invite New Users

Mechanism: Please refer to our Referral Rules for full details.

Rewards:

+50 Points for each Valid Referral.

One-time Additional Cumulative Milestone Bonuses:

3 Valid Referrals: an additional +30 Points.

5 Valid Referrals: an additional +100 Points.

10 Valid Referrals: an additional +300 Points.

Monthly Cap: A Referrer can earn Per-Referral Rewards for a maximum of 5 Valid Referrals per calendar month.

 

Featured Post Recognition

Mechanism: Cumulative reward based on the number of times your posts are featured by officials.

Rewards:

3 posts featured: +100 Points.

5 posts featured: +200 Points.

10 posts featured: +500 Points.

2.2.5. Bonus Ecosystem Points (On-Community & Off-Community).

UGREEN may award Bonus Ecosystem Points for specified activities conducted on the Community or on approved off-Community channels (including the UGREEN Webstore or designated third-party platforms). Such activities are governed by their respective terms displayed at launch and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, bonus Points do not stack with other offers and remain subject to these Terms. 

 

2.3. No Accrual for Violations.

Activity that violates the Community Rules does not earn points.

 

2.4 Adjustments & Clawbacks.

If content is later removed for violations or a pin/feature is revoked, UGREEN may deduct the points earned from that content. If such points were already used to redeem a Voucher, UGREEN may revoke the Voucher. If a Voucher was used and an order is not yet shipped, UGREEN may cancel the order and restore points minus the invalid portion. If an order has already shipped, UGREEN will not unwind the order but may apply account sanctions (e.g., freeze, future point deductions) proportionate to the violation.

Any form of vote/traffic manipulation, fake engagement, brigading, multi-accounting, or referral misuse voids affected points and may lead to sanctions.

 

3. Redeeming Points

3.1. Redemption Process Overview.

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold. Points are not redeemed for physical products on the Community.

If you wish to redeem for physical products, the process involves two sequential steps:

On-Community: Redeem Points for a Voucher. This occurs only on the UGREEN NAS Community ("My Account - My Points") and is governed by these Terms.

Off-Community: Use the Voucher on the Webstore. This occurs on the official UGREEN Webstore (domain may vary by region/product). This transaction is governed entirely by the Webstore's own terms and related policies.

The Community is not responsible for the Webstore's inventory, shipping, product warranties, or after-sales service.

 

3.2. How to Check Your Points.

You may check your current Points balance, transaction history, and expiry dates by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Account - My Points" section.

 

3.3. Point Expiry.

3.3.1. Expiry. Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are credited. Unused Points will automatically expire at 24:00 (UTC) on their expiry date. Expired Points cannot be restored or compensated.

3.3.2. Points Expiry Notification. An email reminder will be sent 14 days before Points expire. In addition to email reminders, the Community may display an in-product reminder in “My Points” before expiry. Reminders are courtesy notices and do not extend validity.

 

3.4. Redeeming Points for Vouchers (On-Community).

3.4.1. Redemption channel. Vouchers may only be redeemed within the Community ("My Account - My Points"). They are not valid on the UGREEN China Community, other UGREEN websites or offline stores, or third-party platforms.

3.4.2. Redemption threshold. A minimum of 200 Points is required to redeem a Voucher. The specific points required for each Voucher are displayed in the Points Mall.

3.4.3. Availability and limits. Vouchers are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. A limit of two (2) Vouchers may be redeemed per user per month on the Community to ensure fair availability.

3.4.4. Finality. Redemptions of Points for Vouchers are final and cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. If redemption fails due to insufficient Voucher stock on the Community side, Points will be returned within 24 hours.

 

3.5. Voucher Issuance, Terms, and Management (On-Community).

3.5.1. Restrictions. Redeemed Vouchers are subject to the following standard restrictions:

Nature. Vouchers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be resold. If an order using a Voucher is canceled on the Webstore, the Voucher is typically not reinstated per Webstore policy.

Validity. Valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. Expired Vouchers are void and will not be reissued or compensated.

Usage Limits. Generally, one (1) Voucher per order on the Webstore; cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated by the Webstore. Each Voucher code is a unique identifier and valid for a single use only.

Scope. Valid only for specified products on the designated UGREEN Webstore.

3.5.2. Issuance Method. Vouchers are issued electronically. Upon successful redemption, the Voucher details will be:

Stored in your Community account under "My Points-My redemptions".

Sent to your registered email address with the subject "UGREEN Points Redemption Voucher."

3.5.3. Lost Voucher Recovery. If you do not receive the Voucher email or cannot find it in your account, contact customer service at communityservice@ugreen.com with your redemption order number before the Voucher expires. We will assist within 48 hours. Expired Vouchers cannot be recovered or reissued.

3.5.4. Notifications.

You will receive an email (success/failure) within 5 minutes of a Voucher redemption attempt.

An email reminder will be sent 7 days before a redeemed Voucher expires. Vouchers expire if unused within their 60-day validity.

 

3.6. Using Vouchers on the UGREEN Webstore (Off-Community).

For Convenience Only. The following typical Webstore redemption steps are provided for user convenience. Where any description here conflicts with the applicable Webstore terms, the Webstore terms control. The Community does not manage Webstore inventory, pricing, taxes, shipping, returns, or warranty.

Visit the applicable Webstore. Go to the domain relevant to your region and product (e.g., eu.ugreen.com, nas-eu.ugreen.com).

Redeem Product. Follow the Webstore's instructions to apply the Voucher code towards the specified product.

Provide Shipping Information. You must provide complete and accurate shipping details (e.g., recipient, address, phone number) on the Webstore. You are solely responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

Abnormal Situations and Response Window. If a redeemed product cannot be delivered due to compliance/import restrictions or logistics loss, the Webstore team will notify you within 48 hours of confirmation and propose a remedy (e.g., reshipment where lawful, or return of the Voucher/Points per Webstore policy). You must confirm within 7 days of notice; absent a response, the Webstore may proceed with the default remedy stated in the notice.

Webstore Confirmation & Shipment. The Webstore handles order confirmation and shipment.

Fulfillment & Liability. The Webstore is solely responsible for product fulfillment, shipping, returns, and warranty. Per Webstore terms, UGREEN generally does not reship or refund for delivery failures due to user error or non-compliance with local import laws.

Inventory & Limits. Product availability is subject to real-time Webstore inventory. The Webstore may have its own redemption limits (e.g., 2 items per day per user). Redemptions on the Webstore are typically final. If redemption fails due to insufficient stock on the Webstore, the Voucher/Points may be returned per Webstore policy.

Warranty & After-Sales. After-sales service is available only for product defects. Note that the products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by local law. All warranty and after-sales inquiries for redeemed products must be directed to the Webstore's customer service (e.g., service@ugreen.com).

 

 

4. General Terms

4.1. Nature of Points.

Points are a limited, non-cash, non-transferable, revocable loyalty benefit issued by UGREEN. They have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and are not your property. Points may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged except as expressly permitted within these Terms.

They are the sole property of UGREEN, and you have no cash, monetary, or property value in them. Any sale, transfer, or trade of Points or accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all Points and account suspension.

 

4.2. Disclaimer.

UGREEN strives to keep the Program running smoothly. However, UGREEN is not liable for any failure or delay in crediting Points or redeeming Vouchers caused by:

Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, tariff policies, server failure).

Changes in applicable law (e.g., new data or import restrictions).

User error (e.g., compromised account, incorrect information, failure to check notifications).

The Community may display examples of products that may be redeemed on the Webstore using a Voucher. These are for illustrative purposes only. Any product images or specifications displayed on the Community or the Webstore are for reference only. The actual product received may have non-functional minor differences (e.g., color, packaging). Users may not demand a refund of Points or Vouchers due to such differences.

 

4.3. Limitation of Liability. 

UGREEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

 

4.4. Modification and Termination.

UGREEN reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program and these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. We will notify you of material changes as required by law. All changes are effective immediately upon posting on the UGREEN website. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance. UGREEN reserves the right to disqualify any User found to be in violation of these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

 

4.5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.

As between you and UGREEN, governing law and dispute resolution are exclusively as set out in the UGREEN NAS Community ToS. These Terms do not create separate procedures.
