Yes. UGREEN NAS provides a macOS client for Mac users. Use it to access and manage your NAS from macOS. If you are setting up NAS access on a Mac for the first time, download the macOS client first, then make sure your Mac and NAS are on the same local network during setup. Yes. Download the UGREEN NAS app from the App Store for iPhone or iPad. The app supports iOS 15.0 and above.
Yes. If the UGREEN NAS app is not available in your region’s Google Play Store, you can download the Android APK from this page. For normal Android phone users, Google Play is still the preferred option when available.
No. UGREEN currently does not offer a dedicated Linux desktop app. You can download UGREEN NAS apps for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Apple TV, and Android TV. Linux users can still access their NAS through browser access or network file sharing.
After setup, use App Center inside UGOS Pro to manage supported NAS apps. Common app categories include file management, backup and sync, media tools, storage management, and system utilities. Confirm the NAS and your phone are on the same LAN, and that the NAS is connected via Ethernet to your router. If you’re using a direct Ethernet connection (computer ↔ NAS), discovery via find.ugnas.com can fail due to routing/DNS.

The app requests Local Network access (to find your NAS), Photos/Gallery (for auto-backup), and Camera (for QR code binding). We do not access your data without these specific functions being activated by you.
