Use this Download Center to download UGREEN NAS software, including system firmware, desktop clients, apps, product documents, peripheral drivers, and UPS firmware. Select NAS or UPS first, choose your exact model, then download the file from the correct category.
Select NAS, choose your exact UGREEN NAS model, then download the matching file under System Firmware, Client, Apps, Product Documentation, or Peripheral Driver. If you are setting up a NAS for the first time, follow the NASync Series Beginner Guide before installing updates or changing system settings.
System Firmware is for NAS system updates. Client is for desktop access and management. Apps are UGOS / UGREEN NAS applications. Product Documentation includes manuals, guides, and related files. If you only need the mobile or TV app, use App Downloads instead.
