3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data may be shared only with the following categories of trusted third parties, strictly as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above:

  • Jotform Inc. — as the form hosting platform that securely stores your submissions on our behalf. Jotform acts as a data processor subject to its own privacy policy (jotform.com/privacy).
  • PayPal — to process your refund.
  • Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment Partners — if you selected the power bank option, your shipping details will be shared with our logistics partners to deliver your item.
  • Email Service Providers — to deliver your coupon code if you selected the coupon option.
  • Group companies of Ugreen, who may also process your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Policy.

4. Retention periods

We keep your Personal Data for as long as it is required in order to fulfil the relevant purposes for which we process your Personal Data (as mentioned in Section 2, above), as may be required to satisfy any legal, tax, regulatory or accounting requirements, as required to solve disputes, for information security purposes, to enforce our legal rights, terms and policies, or as otherwise communicated to you.
