The detailed rules that govern the program are below. By participating, you agree to these full terms.
1.1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the UGREEN NAS Community Invitation Program ("Program"), operated by Ugreen Group Limited ("UGREEN," "we," or "our").
1.2. By participating, you fully accept these Terms, in addition to the UGREEN NAS Community's Terms and Conditions, Community Points Rules, and Privacy Policy (each as updated from time to time), all of which are incorporated by reference herein. In the event of any conflict, the Community Points Rules govern point accrual/redemption; for other matters, these Terms control.
1.3. UGREEN may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes are effective immediately upon publication.
2.1. Key Definitions.
2.1.1. Referrer: A registered Community user who shares their unique invitation link.
2.1.2. Referred User: A new user who registers via the Referrer's link and publishes their first eligible post in the Community after registration. The Referred User must be a first-time registrant who has never held a Community account before.
2.1.3. Valid Referral: A referral that successfully meets all conditions below and is not disqualified for fraudulent activity.
2.2. Conditions for a Valid Referral.
A referral is considered "Valid" only when the Referred User completes all of the following:
1) Registers for a new Community account exclusively through the Referrer's unique link.
2) Successfully publishes their first post that complies with the Community Rules. A simple sign-up without any posting activity does not qualify.
3.1. Reward Form.
All rewards are credited as Community Points ("Points"). The usage of Points is governed by the separate Community Points Rules.
3.2. Reward Amounts & Caps.
3.2.1. Per-Referral Reward: +50 Points for each Valid Referral.
3.2.2. Monthly Cap: A Referrer can earn Per-Referral Rewards for a maximum of 5 Valid Referrals per calendar month.
3.2.3. Cumulative Milestone Bonuses: These are one-time bonuses based on the total number of Valid Referrals you accumulate over time:
l Upon reaching 3 Valid Referrals: an additional +30 Points.
l Upon reaching 5 Valid Referrals: an additional +100 Points.
l Upon reaching 10 Valid Referrals: an additional +300 Points
3.3. Reward Usage.
Points are for use within the Community only, such as for redeeming benefits, vouchers, or participating in activities. Points have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable.
3.4. Issuance Timing.
Points are generally credited immediately after UGREEN confirms that the referral is valid and it may take several days to review. Manual reviews for fraud prevention may cause delays.
4. Sharing Your Link: Rules & Responsibilities
4.1. Your invitation link is for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for how you share it.

5. Program Integrity & Fair Play
5.1. UGREEN has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities. We may withhold, revoke, or claw back rewards, and may suspend or terminate accounts if abuse is suspected.
5.2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
l Multiple/fake accounts, self-referrals, or controlling multiple accounts via the same device/IP/browser session or identity signals;
l Automated or bulk registrations, bots, paid or incentivized sign-ups, link farms, misleading claims, or other manipulative tactics;
l Any other manipulative tactics intended to exploit the Program
5.3. Where the Referrer and Referred User register or act from the same device or IP, UGREEN may invalidate the referral.
5.4. All decisions regarding reward qualification and fraud detection, based on system signals and manual review, are at UGREEN's sole discretion and are final.
6.1. Program Changes & Termination.
UGREEN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. Upon termination, any unissued rewards or unused Points may be forfeited without compensation.
6.2. Privacy.
UGREEN processes referral-related data (Email, User ID, and the binding relationship between the Referrer and the Referred User) solely for operating this Program, rewarding Valid Referrals, and preventing abuse. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy. If you redeem a voucher on the UGREEN Webstore or the UGREEN NAS Webstore, the respective website’s privacy policy will apply to that transaction.
6.3. Disclaimer.
UGREEN is not liable for failures caused by technical issues or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Notice of Financial Incentive (California Residents Only)
7.1. Summary.
For California residents, this Program may be considered a "financial incentive" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended). Participation is voluntary.
7.2. Categories of Personal Information Collected.
To provide the incentives of our Program, we may request or collect:
Email, User ID, and the binding relationship between the Referrer and the Referred User. We do not collect sensitive personal information for purposes of financial incentives unless clearly specified.
7.3. How to Opt In.
You opt in by (i) first checking the box to confirm that you have read and that you agree to the Terms, and (ii) then clicking "Copy and Share" or "Send Invitation."
7.4. How to Withdraw or Opt Out.
You may withdraw at any time by emailing us at communityservice@ugreen.com or DPO@ugreen.com. We will process your withdrawal without undue delay.
7.5. Effect of Withdrawal.
After withdrawal we stop collecting or using your PI for incentive purposes; no further rewards will accrue after the withdrawal date. Referrals initiated before withdrawal but not yet qualified will not earn rewards unless all criteria are met before the withdrawal effective date.
7.6. Reasonable Relation to Data Value.
The incentive is reasonably related to the value of personal information we collect and use for the Program. We make a good-faith estimate of that value by considering the expenses associated with operating the Program and providing the incentive (including data collection, storage and retention in the Program context, and the expenses related to administering and delivering the incentive).
7.7. Non-Discrimination.
We will not deny goods/services or charge different prices solely because you exercise your privacy rights, except where differences are reasonably related to the value of your data as permitted by law.
