READ FIRST — Scope & Purposes
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the UGREEN NAS Community (the "Community") Creator Program (the "Program") of Ugreen Group Limited ("UGREEN," "we," or "our"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Creator Program Terms. These Terms supplement the main UGREEN NAS Community Terms and Conditions ("Community ToS"). In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Community ToS, these Terms shall prevail. Our Privacy Policy, which you have already agreed to as a Community User, describes how we collect and use your personal information in connection with this Program. Please read them carefully.
Program Purposes.
The Program is an open, global NAS content co-creation initiative for NAS users, digital geeks, creators, and family users. It aims to recruit high-quality creators in shooting, editing, technical exploration, and content production, and—through systematic incentives, a tiered support system, and official resource enablement—to attract and grow creators, building a “Learn × Share × Co-create”ecosystem that strengthens the NAS community’s core content productivity
Core goals.
l Technical exchange: connect geeks, power users, and everyday users for cross-level knowledge help.
l Content accumulation: build durable, searchable libraries of tutorials, reviews, and use-cases.
l User interaction: increase community stickiness through creator–user engagement.
l Brand reputation: amplify authentic creator voices to enhance UGREEN NAS’s professional image and influence.
l Technical exchange: connect geeks, power users, and everyday users for cross-level knowledge help.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not apply to or participate in the Program.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Individuals 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
2.2. Employees of UGREEN Team are not eligible.
2.3. We welcome applications globally from the following creator profiles. These examples are non-exclusive and help explain the type of creators the Program is designed to support:
l Tech enthusiasts — deep-dive into NAS (tutorials, modding/teardowns, Docker/containers, networking, servers, benchmarks, advanced playbooks; unboxings and scenario tests).
l Power Users — long-time NAS users who drive community atmosphere; focus on backup, photo management, home media; share real-world stories and insights.
l Content Creators (influencers) — influencers share cross-industry use-cases; influencers turn NAS value into clear, engaging videos/photos/blogs (reviews, tips, creative workflows).
l Brand & Community Partners — NAS ecosystem vendors, software developers, accessory brands, and large community owners/moderators interested in co-creation.
2.4. UGREEN makes all eligibility decisions at its sole discretion, considering content quality, audience engagement, community contributions, and influence.
2.5. To confirm eligibility and prevent abuse, we may request limited documentation.
3. Program Description, Audiences & Tiers
3.1. Creator Tiers.
The Program features a tiered system (Explorer, Pioneer, Visionary, Legend). Entry into the Program and progression through these tiers are subject to specific requirements ("Thresholds") as determined by UGREEN, based on factors like content quality, audience engagement, community contributions, and influence. Each tier offers specific benefits ("Perks"), as detailed on the official Program page.
Where Perks include Community Points, the earning, use, and expiration of such points are governed by the UGREEN NAS Community Points Rules.
3.2. Perks Matrix.
UGREEN reserves the right to determine eligibility for specific Perks, and some Perks may be available "By Application" only (e.g., "Product Experience Privileges” for the Explorer tier), subject to UGREEN's review and approval.

4. Recruitment & Onboarding Flow
4.1. You must submit a complete application to be considered. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We will review your application based on our internal criteria, including content quality, audience engagement, community contributions, and influence. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We may cap cohort size, waitlist applicants, and periodically re-audit eligibility.You will be notified by in-product notice.
4.2. Onboarding Process.
1) Apply: Submit your application;
2) Review: The UGREEN team reviews your application;
3) Acceptance: You will be notified via email or in-product notice if you are accepted;
4) Sign & Onboard: You may be required to sign certain agreements;
5) Creator Badge & Start Creating: Once all steps are complete, you will receive the official "UGREEN Creator" identity badge in the community.
5. Content License and Use
5.1. You retain ownership of the original content you create under the Program ("Creator Content").
5.2. By participating, you grant UGREEN a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your Creator Content for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, and on its website and social media channels. UGREEN will provide appropriate attribution to you.
5.3. You agree that UGREEN may use your name, likeness, and social media handle in connection with the promotion of the Program.
6. Content Requirements and Conduct
6.1. Disclosure.
When publishing content related to the Program, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to UGREEN (e.g., using hashtags like #UGREENCreator or #Sponsored) in compliance with FTC guidelines and all applicable laws.
6.2. Originality and Compliance.
You represent and warrant that your Creator Content is your original work, does not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights), and complies with all applicable laws and platform rules. If your Creator Content uses content in which a third party has intellectual property rights, please ensure that you have actually obtained the relevant license from the third party and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any other entity. Intellectual Property shall include copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secret rights, and all other rights resulting from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, literary, or artistic fields, within any jurisdiction.
6.3. Brand assets. Use UGREEN names/marks/design elements only per brand guidelines (if provided); do not imply endorsement beyond the Program.
6.4. Prohibited Content.
You agree not to create or post content that is prohibited by our Community Rules. All Creator Content remains subject to the Community Rules, and any content reported for violations will be handled according to our Report & Response Policy.
6.5. Content Moderation.
UGREEN reserves the right to moderate, modify, or request the removal of any Creator Content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms or to be harmful to our brand. You agree to promptly comply with any such removal request.
7. Competitor Programs
During your participation in the UGREEN Program, you agree not to concurrently participate in any other content creator program that is directly related to competing NAS or network-attached storage products.
8. Termination
8.1. UGREEN reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms or conduct that damages the UGREEN brand. You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us.
8.2.Upon termination, stop representing yourself as a UGREEN Creator; return any loaners immediately (if applicable).
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
9.1. THE PROGRAM AND ANY PERKS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UGREEN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM OR YOUR CONTENT.
9.3. You remain solely responsible for your content and statements.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless UGREEN, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your breach of these Terms, or violation of rights/laws.
11. Privacy and Communications
11.1. We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.
11.2. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that UGREEN will send you communications essential for the administration of the Program, such as onboarding instructions, administrative updates, and information about your tier or benefits.
11.3. Shipping Minimization. We do not collect shipping information for this Program by default. Where a loaner or physical swag is involved, shipping information will be collected only after you opt in and sign the Equipment Loan Agreement, and solely for delivery and customs purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
