Download the mobile app for iPhone/iPad (iOS) or Android phones. For TV viewing, use the Apple TV (tvOS) or Android TV version. Desktop access is available via the Windows/macOS client from the Download Center.

The app requests Local Network access (to find your NAS), Photos/Gallery (for auto-backup), and Camera (for QR code binding). We do not access your data without these specific functions being activated by you.

Confirm the NAS and your phone are on the same LAN, and that the NAS is connected via Ethernet to your router. If you’re using a direct Ethernet connection (computer ↔ NAS), discovery via find.ugnas.com can fail due to routing/DNS.
